Wow! If it’s your first time make sure to try their quesabrilla’s it was the perfect texture and could tell they were made with care. My husband got the menudo and it was soo flavorful Im definitely ordering it next time with their home made bread . Tasting the food to me home to south California.

Excellent Tex Mex in Shawnee. The Monterrey chicken was well marinated and slathered with plenty of Monterrey Jack cheese. The rice was well seasoned and just straight delicious. The sopapilla was ok. Also impressive was that each person also got an individual salsa and queso with the chips at the beginning of the meal. Would highly recommend.

The restaurant was good. So far it’s the only place I found in Shawnee Oklahoma that has authentic street tacos. I actually ended up going twice in one week. I have the tamales and tacos. My only issue would be to season the food more. Other than that it’s a great Hole in the Wall Restaurant. I’ll definitely go back and bring some friends along with me. They also have drinks in glass bottles which I like.

We came to town for the balloon festival but weren’t about to wait in line for 45 minutes for the festival food. We randomly found this place on Google and it was worth the weird drive through dark back streets. The birria tacos are so, so good, as were the other tacos and rice and beans. The service was friendly and considerate and the prices were reasonable.

Cinco de myo may not have been best time to go. The seemed understaffed. We waited in line although we had reservations and seen several empty tables. The street tacos were good. The service could have been better. We also had to wait to pay since he was in the kitchen.
