4 star rating is relevant to Taco Bell. By no means should it be compared to a 4 star rating of a casual or fine dining restaurant. It’s fast food, but this one is decent. Order accuracy, speed, service all on par.

Rolled up to the drive thru window to order food on my mountain bike. The lad at the window didn’t miss a beat. Instead of telling me he won’t be serving me because I wasn’t in a mo t or vehicle, he tool my order and gave me the food. Sweet cuz I don’t feel like arguing, I felt like eating. I was stoned and hungry.

I went in to get the grilled chicken, Chipotle burrito. My wife had bought me one home before from the Soledad Taco Bell and it was AMAZING. So I went in to this one to get the same and it was a total bust. It barely had anything in it and the tortilla was not even toasted. I said never again would I go there.

Had the worst experience there ever. We go to thus Taco Bell because they are kind, have quick service and give us accurate orders. Not tonight. I came back and she said where us the food we messed up? I showed her the taco wrapper that had lettuce and tomato on it. I ordered the burrito Supreme meal, taco no lettuce or tomato, burrito only beans. The burrito had double meat. I asked to have the meal replaced and they charged me for another meal. They did replace the taco. I ordered 4 cheesy bean/rice burritos with no spice. I have them and my son took one bite and said it was spicy. I took a bite. It was spicy. I put Tapatio on most everything. Your hot sauce is a beverage to me.

Horrible service, stood at the counter for little over 5 minutes, no other customers one carcat the window, and no would knowledge us, one employee was on break and clocked back in in front of us and did not say anything and walked to the back of kitchen area, lady at the window working looked over at us twice and said nothing.

Go to the NORTH Main st. location. Ordered on tablet after figuring out that nobody was manning the counter to take my order, then waited a HALF HOUR for the drive-thru to clear, then they lost my order in their computer system, then when they found it they still got it wrong, I left the tomatoes off everything due to a food allergy, and they had to see my receipt so I could get my drink cup. Takes 5 minutes for them to pull someone off drive-thru to unlock the bathroom, if necessary. The homeless in the parking lot and by the entryway are entertaining. If I could I’d leave 0 stars, completely underwhelmed and unimpressed by their poor performance
