Awful experience! We ordered our lunch and was told to sit down and they would bring it to us. After about 20 mins we inquired about how long it would be and was told “not sure they are busy”. They were not busy because of orders. After 45 minutes we had to leave and asked if we could take it to go. When it clearly was not going to be ready on time before I had to leave I asked for a refund. I asked they include the tip I gave and was told “I don’t know how to return your tip”
