Sadly service has gone so downhill. Down, down, down. We ordered on the app and went to pick up our food tonight. We let them know we were there and began waiting and waiting and waiting. Our burgers were done and sitting and sitting and sitting. We let the person working know we saw them and that we knew they were done and he told us that we should not worry because it was a heating table. We didn’t want to stay and wait any longer and we wanted fresh burgers. Not burgers sitting on a heating table. What rude and unresponsive service for very very expensive… and cold hamburgers!! . One burger was missing cheese and another burger was only 1/2 there. It looks like it broke and they just put it on the bun anyway. Shake Shake on Sawmill Road, just a few miles away, is a much better option.

You’ll be pressed hard to find a better made-to-order burger that rivals the taste and quality of Five Guys. The fries are served hot and crispy straight from the fryer and you get what you pay for, an overflowing bucket of fries. The burger is juicy and bursting with flavor. They need to hire more people or at least be better staffed for the evening I’ve been waiting for food for almost an hour…. and I’m not the only one. I’m pretty sure I would get my food faster at a sit down restaurant. I love five guys and their food but not sure if I’ll come back to this location if it takes over an hour to get your food. It’s a good burger with good fries . Seems really expensive though. I know food and labor prices have gone up but I typically spend the same at a full service restaurant and get waited on. If the price point was lower it would be 5 stars.
