The slovenly black male who was working earlier today made my pick-up order incorrectly. I return after realizing the order was incorrect (thankfully before I bit into the food that had an ingredient I Am unable to consume safely) – it was the indifferent dismissive attitude when I informed them they made the order incorrectly – they looked at me like I did something wrong.

This used to be my go-to pizza place in the neighborhood, but they are incredibly short staffed and overclocked. Don’t bother ordering delivery from here. If you order carry-out, make sure you have an hour until you actually want the pizza. Heck, just forget the whole thing and order from Dagwood’s across the street. They are much faster and local.

There is no excuse for the customer service provided. I called them to cancel my order, as the tracker said the pizza would be delivered in TWO HOURS and I would’ve rather ordered elsewhere, but the person who answered the phone promised it would arrive in no more than thirty minutes. After 40 minutes passed, I called again to attempt to cancel, but as soon as I said my name the person told me that it should be on its way. It has now been over an hour and my kids are hungry. At the very least, I SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN LIED TO. I just wanted to cancel my order, but was instead constantly told that it would be coming and now it has yet to arrive and my calls to the restaurant aren’t being answered. It was completely disrespectful and inconsiderate, for no reason.

I would not recommend this location. I called to place an order at 5:40 PM. The person taking the call said it would be 45 min delivery time (I do not think the person taking this call was in the United States). After almost 1.5 hours I called the location, and they said that the delivery expectation was incorrect, that it would be a 2 hour delivery time. They said my order was going out the door. At approx 8:20 PM I called to check, and the manager said the driver had a mix up, but they would send ASAP. I cancelled the order. Why did no one notify me about this? Or offer a discount for the lack of service on their end? I will never call Papa John’s again.

Absolute clown factory. The final straw. We waited over an hour so decided to just go pick the pizza up. When we got there an employee in the back was having a complete melt down. Throwing pots and pans there was flour everywhere. She was cussing and yelling at all the customers. I left the store like the other 10 customers. Came home and called to cancel the order. The manager answered said he would check the order the hung up. Called back twice no answer. Been 2.5 hrs. No pizza. Never again.

I placed and order to be delivered and papa johns apparently hires doordash to deliver. The doordash driver had the nerve to deliver me my order without my pizza but just garlic knots and then pretended it was a LARGE pizza. When asked he walked around the answer and then said to call Papa johns. I call them and they say that the driver picked it up. I asked for a refund because not only did I get half of my order but the garlic knots were so burnt. They told me in order to get a refund I needed to call doordash and now they’re telling me I have to contact Papa johns. Ridiculous!
