Want to be laughed at, be talked to by a condescending child and served cold food then this is the place to go. After receiving horrendous service and calling to complain about spending $22 on cold food the “shift leader” refused to tell me their name, said “ let me take, what’s it called? Oh your name and number, and the thing….. oh receipt number” this is beyond unprofessional, rude and absurd to think these kids want or deserve to be paid anything more then bare minimum wage. Customer service no longer exists and this new generation coming into the workforce will absolutely bring an end to any establishment managing to stay afloat in these already difficult times.

This is a combination AW / KFC restaurant. I Love the KFC Classic Chicken sandwich, NOT HERE! Chicken must have been recooked it was so tough it was chewy like leather! I have had probably 50 of these sandwiches and they are always juicy and tender! Having been a cook in one of my previous life’s the only explanation I can see is it had to have been previously cooked. Then for whatever reason they recooked it and served it to me. The coating was dripping in grease another sign that it got recooked. The AW Root Beer was excellent though!

I just went through the drive thru to get a large Rootbeer which is $2.89 according to the Menu board. The workers tried charging me $3.18. When I tried to explain thats not what the menu said they got mad and basically through the soda at me. I will never return to this location due to the disrespect.

Yep it was pretty good taste just like chicken, KFC has always been good I got the original recipe was a bit too salty though mashed potatoes tasted real the gravy seems like it’s some kind of colored substance with cornstarch.

They never ever ever answer their phone when they mess up on an order it’s almost impossible to get a replace because they do not answer their phone their food is rarely fresh especially the fries every time I order a Papa Burger they put spicy sauce on it and then don’t answer their phone for me to fix it and get the meal replaced. Hopefully there’s not an automated response to this and it’s actually authentic. That’ll be more than happy to take this down and give them five stars if they want to make things right.
