Sometimes the cuts and placement of the toppings on the pizza seems a little off. Not a deal breaker though, as the taste is still good. The quality may depend on which staff is making the pizza. New employees are still learning the ropes.

My one star is for the hassle of pick up. My pizza was tasty and well made. The pick up was crazy ..a line 5 deep and had to wait over long since the pizza portal hasn’t been in use for my last few orders. Not sure why. Was told pizza theft was the reason and it was shut down by corporate. Its a shame as the portal was very convenient

I love how clean and upgraded the establishment looks. My pizza was in the pizza portal and it was cooked so well! Crust was perfectly crispy and it wasn’t soggy(like pizza hut for some reason). I’m very appreciative of the employees because it’s obvious they are doing their job well.

The absolute worst service. I waited more than 45 minutes past expected wait time. All visible employees were working with NO sense of urgency for the 6 customers waiting for their orders. Ultimately, I asked for a refund after the 3rd “5-10 more minutes” response was no longer going to keep me waiting. No apology, no sense of caring that their customers were waiting an unreasonable amount of time.
