Horrible experience. Purchased a Caesar Salad and most of the lettuce was bad. Called the restuarant to inform and was told to retun the salad to be replaced. Returned and the lady (older lady) made excuses of why the lettuce was bad. She was only willing to give half of a new salad (only lettuce). What made matters worse is, I had to ask for dressing. When I asked for a bag, she refused unless I paid 25 cents. I will never support this restaurant again. I have been a business owner in this community for 4 years and I have never experienced any service such as this. I hope the $10.00 you made from the salad was worth you losing a customer.

The customer service was great …..the peruvian chicken need work was able to eat but not good, corn on cob was great without butter and the coleslaw was need favor and looks to be eating cabbage …..my experience was good but do better to become the best. I gave this spot a few tries because I didn’t want to jump to conclusions: 1st time I ordered plantains- they were super dry and bland. 2nd time- I asked the girl behind the counter – “which wrap would they recommend/ has the best flavor” she said the Peruvian chicken wrap. When I tell you that was literally the most bland wrap ever…literally no seasoning AT ALL and there was a whole chicken thigh bone in it.

So so good!!! Just to moved to the area. So far had the mushroom, Swiss, onion Turkey Burger with fries (dine-in) and the Chicken Gyro platter with fries and a garden salad (Seamless delivery). The menu variety is plentiful. Will get food from Grille Twelve24 again Yum!

Only visited once. Wasn’t expecting anything out of this world but for what it is the Panini was better than I expected. Very fast food/diner kind of vibe. Great if you’re looking to grab something quick, on-the-go, that’s not fast food. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Would visit again to try other menu items.
