Great new restaurant in the neighborhood. The servers were very attentive and came to check on us multiple times. The crawfish was very flavorful. The Reel fries were crispy and delicious. The garlic butter oysters were piping hot and yummy. Plenty of parking. Will definitely come back to try some other dishes.

I rated 2 out of 5 stars mainly because the food was TERRIBLE. When you spend $70 on food for 2 people and can’t eat any of it. I just had to make a review. Ordered Catfish with Shrimp basket . 3 pounds of crawfish. Snow crab cluster. Catfish was disgusting . Please whatever you do, don’t order it . Shrimp are over cooked not even edible . Crawfish were over cooked and disgusting. They were either too hard or too soft. The only thing I would order if I ever go again is the funnel cake fries. I would say they have good and bad days and I obviously keep coming on their bad days . Great customer service ! BAD BAD food!

Normally do not leave reviews but this establishment deserves all the hype! Been here at least 6 times since their soft opening. Both snow crab legs and crawfish are cooked to perfection and easy to peel each time!! Besides the normal corn and potatoes I love to add the quail eggs and green beans to my mix. If you’re feeling adventurous ask the owner to throw in some pickles for you! And if you’re not in the mood to get your hands dirty, the fried food selection is just as amazing. My go to has to be the fried mushrooms and battered shrimp. Top everything off with one of their ice cold Micheladas and you are set. Overall the owners and staff are always hands on, friendly and attentive. Music and vibes are immaculate. I love Reel Seafood and Bar and am so glad to have them in the city!!!

Heights newest crawfish and seafood option is here, and they’re here to impress. Great flavors! We tried both the Mix (Cajun, garlic butter, and lemon) and just traditional Cajun garlic butter combo. The favorite flavor was the medium Cajun garlic butter, enough hint of spiciness, garlic, and Cajun seasoning to tickle your taste buds.

We decided to try this place and it was a win!! The food was delicious, the service was good and the prices were reasonable!! We had gumbo, crab legs, ramen, boudin balls, wings, garlic noodles, shrimp and catfish! Everything was good. The catfish could use some more seasoning but that’s my only complaint. The food was so good we forgot to take more pics! We’ll be back soon!!

Solid. I recommend the roasted oysters (Vietnamese style). Of note, they do not buy pre-breaded okra and it shows. Their okra is so much better than many places in the area.

These crawfish are sooooo good. I got the cajun garlic butter and the tom yum flavors at medium spice level. I personally liked the tom yum flavor more, but my husband preferred the Cajun garlic butter. Honestly you can’t go wrong with either.
