Worst sonic I’ve been too. Rarely get food right I’ve paid for extras on my hot dogs like Chilli and cheese and I’m lucky if I even get the normal amount. This coney had basiclly no Chilli very little cheese and a ton of relish.

I have enjoyed having Sonic in the Bennett/Strausburg/Byers area. My meals are always good. We had a few bumps here & there around the opening but I understand it was very chaotic for them. Please, if sauces are ordered, just deliver them. I don’t want to be that customer that who asks for the server to return. Either a genuine mistake or… cost saving? No ketchup, no ranch, no buffalo (all requested) and bare minimum napkins.

I have come to this location multiple times at different times of day. I don’t think my order was correct a single time. This time not only was my sandwich wrong, but I didn’t get the mozzarella sticks I paid for.

Decided to give this place 2 chances…the first time they got my order completely wrong, I wanted a chicken sandwich and I got a burger instead. Second time ordered popcorn chicken, they tasted old,chewy and cold. Definitely grossed out, the service sucks, they don’t say hi, and just are angry n rude. Would not recommend this place to incoming visitors.

I have never had such a bad meal in my life. One word. ISH! I ordered the chicken slider, the meat was tough, dried out, no spices, absolutely flavorless. Cardboard has more flavor. The bun was hard and crusty. The onion rings tasted greasy and bitter, there is no doubt the fry oil needs changing and the frier deep cleaned. My husband’s chicken sandwich was as bad as mine. Go if you want, but we won’t be back. How do you sleep at night knowing you charge ridiculous prices for the lowest grade product?

Worst customer service around. Sat in the drive through for well over 5 minutes without anyone trying to take my order. Eventually I pulled away from the speaker to an open bay to place my order. After all that I still received the wrong order twice. Lesson learned, NEVER AGAIN
