This evening I placed an order and arrived to pick it up a little over 15 minutes later. I’d verified via the tracker that it was being prepped prior to my leaving, but when I arrived I was given someone else’s pizza. Mine had apparently not been started, despite the tracker saying it was already finished. The manager said there was a mixup because the other person’s pizza was similar to mine, which I have trouble believing because again, the tracker said MY order was ready. After returning the pizza that wasn’t mine, I wound up waiting at the store for 20 minutes with no explanation of what had happened (I had to ask for that myself). It had been a few months since I’d last ordered from here, and it’ll probably be at least several more before I do so again.

I ordered yesterday for delivery and there was a mix up with what was delivered — we must have gotten someone else’s order. I called them to let them know and they fixed it right away by putting my order in again and re-delivering quickly. The new pizza we got was fresh out of the oven and exactly what we ordered. Pleased with how quickly it was resolved; that’s great customer service!

James was great. Very nice man. I really enjoyed going there. Food was outstanding! Did forget my coke, but before I left the parking lot I went back and got it. They also did not give me my order of wings. I mistaked it as cheese bread. Pandemic special. He was the only one working, so it is understandable and I was early. I would definitely go back and loved the food! They will likely be moving across the street by 2023.

Worse dominos ever I will never order from this one again. The driver put my food on the ground when I said for it to not go on ground. The driver got mad and forcefully took the board I was signing out my hand. Hurting my already hurting wrist. I called the store to report but he should be fired. You don’t like your job quit. Never order from here again. I normally tip before I get the pizza glad I didn’t this time. Again worse dominos ever.

My recent experience with dominos was terrible. My kids said the pizza was dry like it had no sauce on it just cheese and bread. I won’t be ordering pizza from dominos anymore. I’ll stick to Papa Johns.

Delivery driver literally almost ran me & my kids over in a shopping center parking lot. And then had the nerve to beep the horn at us! Older white gentlemen delivering to a business at 1200 Raleigh Rd center on 10/29 around 2pm. Slow down and yield to pedestrians!
