Busy busy. Right across the street from World’s of Fun but moved along nicely. Got everything right and employees were great under pressure. Good Burger King to stop at. Clean and kept up. Large parking lots and hotels surround the area.

I come to this location often enough. I live close. It was my first time back in town since vacation, and I ALWAYS order on the app. They often miss a few things in my order, and this time was no different. I called and mentioned what was missed, and they asked me to come back… I didn’t have time to come back and explained that. My name was taken down when I said I could come back this week. There’s just no way for me to do it tonight. When I asked for the man’s name on the phone so I could write it on my receipt, I got the longest pause of hesitation (I understand to a degree, but I don’t want any trouble trying to get my items when I do go back, so I wanted an employees name so they knee I called). I worked at a major pizza joint in my teens and we used to have a section where we could type the name, number, and issue of people and then when they came to get the item(s) we would cross their name off. It’s been 10 years since I worked there; how has every fast food place not implemented something like that by now? Why do the employees treat every single customer like they’re lying? As if the employees didn’t actually make a mistake. I have cameras inside my house. I always have proof of me opening nearly anything, which means I always have a way to prove that I didn’t get said items. Despite my frustration, this BK rarely has a waiting line at the drive-thru. I like the app and points feature. And my son loves BK. We will be back over and over again.

I went through the drive thru approximately around 10:25pm tonight August 13,2023. I ordered the Big Fish with tartar sauce only, after paying $6.30 for just a sandwich, One would have thought it would have been a freshly made sandwich which you could easily see it was far from that., for starters it was just barely warn, nothing like it would have been if it had just been cooked in a deep fryer, not this one it was as hard as a brick. At least 1/2 inch in and all the way around it, wonder I didn’t break a tooth. I could tell only thing that had happened to that fish sandwich was apparently it had been just sitting in the bin no telling for how long either plus it was obvious that the pickles and lettuce had been just plucked off and serve thru the drive thru. Because you could taste pickles.

Meh. Kinda just underwhelming experience overall. But fine. Locations are interesting. I know recently in the KC area over the past couple of years they tore down old locations and now they are putting them back up in other locations. I just hope they update all that info on Google maps soon.

It’s 6-26-22 I pulled into the drive thru at 11:37pm It’s now 11:45pm & not once have someone asked to take my order. I’ve said hello 3 or 4 times they’re open til 12am. This is ridiculous & it’s a car here. Y’all need to do better. If I could give no starsbat all I would, hire people that actually want to work.

Signs say they were suppose to be open but the door was locked and the people inside just stood and looked at you.if Dine in closes ar 9ish pm then post a sign that closing time is approximate to dine in on Fridays
