I feel like every single time i’ve ever been here the workers are just unnecessarily rude, not friendly at all. They made my food and did what they were supposed to but I just didn’t get a very welcoming vibe at all. And when I one time called this location to cancel an order I accidentally placed the man who picked up had the most rude tone ever and almost seemed annoyed at me for wanting to cancel my order? I am always very kind to strangers and I was not getting the same energy back. Do better

Took 2 hours to get my order, I called to check up on them and they said to wait bc the driver had other orders. When I received my delivery, it was a bag with 2 sandwiches in it. My order was a combo which comes with drinks and chips, I also ordered kickin ranch, there were no napkins, none of the sides, nothing but the 2 small little sandwiches and the sandwiches were soggy, like they’ve been sitting in the car for 2 hours.

I had a TERRIBLE experience at Jimmy johns the customer service from an employee he was a guy with long hair and long beard was very rude!! Just saw the girl behind the counter take out the trash, replace trash bag, then throw on gloves to hop on the line to make my sandwich. NEVER WASHED HANDED. I threw my whole order away, absolutely disgusting!

First off, I leave a review maybe once a year or two. But my lord, was this the WORST food experience I’ve maybe ever had. I’d do no stars if I could nick the gm doesn’t care for your needs as a customer very rude over the phone after a 45 minute wait on one sandwich there was another lady I did talk to before nick and she was very understanding and nice she should be gm they just gave a refund and told me to pay for my sandwich if I want it after that wait unacceptable
