Ridiculously good! The service was great and the food was even better! I got a Hawaiian dog – hot dog with shredded bacon and red onion, chunks of pineapple, and this most yummy of ginger sauces. The hot dog was good by itself – the toppings made it that much better.

We have used The Lucky Hot Dog the last 2 summers for the food truck and what an amazing experience! From the booking experience to the day of experience, I would highly recommend them for any size/type of party. We had over 100 people each year and everyone raved about the quality, amount and variety of food. One last suggestion is get The Lucky Beef!

This place is AMAZING!!! AMAZING does not serve them!! The best burger fries and dog I’ve ever had .. was there just a while ago .. hubby and I extremely hungry and craving burgers and hot dogs .. and boy did we choose the place to go .. first time to visit The Lucky Dog and it won’t be the last that’s for sure .. not only was the food delicious .. the service was more than excellent .. Jenn was so nice letting us eat in, even though they were closing tonight early for Thanksgiving .. usually open till 9pm, but they closed tonight at 5 (we were there 4:54) ..

We were so lucky you guys could make our soccer teams’ final game of the season so special by coming out to serve us all after the game! We really enjoyed the hotdogs, burgers and combos! I used to be hard on this place after trying the hotdogs in which I don’t recommend but after coming here a couple times the food is decent , not amazing, not spectacular but good enough to get you going. I had the Reuben today and it was really good , the burgers here are also good as well , I just wish I could say the same for the hot dogs. If they could change the quality of meat they use , char them & toast the buns that would definitely make the hotdogs 10x better. Also the customer service here is always good , I can tell the place is managed well.

Josh & Eric are great. Been here a bunch of times, today I tried the “pounder.” (OK, couldn’t finish but it was really good!). Sometimes takes a little longer because they make stuff fresh. Love Lucky!

I’m not big on fast food but met the wife and 2 boys today at lucky hot dog. Staff and owners were super cool, friendly etc everything was cooked fresh, burgers, cheese fries and beef were really freaking good!! Great Chicago type food!!! Will be back!!

Great people behind the counter. They are super friendly and give excellent customer service. The food is well crafted and I would go as far as to say would rival portillo’s food. The cheese fries are amazing they remind me of an old drive in and dine restaurant Jr’s.
