Celebrated my birthday here with a bunch of my friends of all different backgrounds to do kamayan! Someone wrote a review here that there wasn’t enough food, but we had more than enough food! The food was excellent and was displayed beautifully, and my pals had a great time eating and drinking and listening to the band. The band were so wonderful and the MC was chatting with everyone and the wait staff were incredible. You do have to pay $10 cover once the band starts to play but it was worth it for us. Would 100% recommend to anyone who loves live music, delicious food, and great service.

Kusina! Celebrated my tito’s birthday here and had the best time with the best server and table runners! They took our orders fast and efficient. Served our food without any long wait times. The setting was just right. You can have conversations without being interrupted because the volume of the music wasn’t too loud. The food was on point! Loved the halo halo and sisig the most. Dont forget to order chicken skin!

Food is okay. The squid could have been a lot better had they drain the oil after deep frying it. The pork adobo is a little different from what I expected. I have never seen it serves on a sizzling hot plate like this since it’s more of a braised dish; it’s okay, I don’t like the burnt bottom too much. My favorite is the vegetable dish. They had live music while we were there, but we had to pay a fee ($10pp). Might be a little too loud for some people.

Another great Philippine restaurant! All the meats were delicious, garlic rice was tasty, and, well… what else could you ask for? I went with a party of 14 and we all enjoyed the meal.

I have given Kusina multiple opportunities but I have reached my final straw with them.

The food was great. The ambiance was horrible. We were celebrating my parents’ 40th anniversary. They had a band called Impromptu OMG it was LOUD. My ears were hurting. Mind you, this was dinner time around 7:30 pm. We called to make a reservation for 10 people, including a baby, and they never mentioned that it was going to be extremely loud. We had to send the baby in the car while putting the good to go. After leaving as an adult, my ears hurt OVERALL, IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND RUINED MY PARENTS 40TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION!

The service was very good, the food was good, but definitely not enough for 6 people. In the Kamayan dinners we’ve had previously we’ve always had enough food, this in our opinion was not worth the price. One small fish was definitely not enough for everyone in our party. Being one of the coldest days didn’t help the experience either, because our food got cold very fast. The deserts were great! Perhaps next time we’ll try food a la carte and compare.
