Betsy’s at Evelyn’s Park, a Bellaire neighborhood eatery from Adair Concepts, the owners behind iconic concepts Adair Kitchen, Eloise Nichols Grill & Liquors, BEBIDAS, Skeeter’s Mesquite Grill, and Los Tios Mexican Restaurants, is now open at 4400 Bellaire Boulevard.
Located inside the beloved Yellow House at the southwest corner of Evelyn’s Park, Betsy’s bears the name of owners and siblings Nick Adair and Katie Adair Barnhart’s mother, Betsy Adair.
The menu is a fast casual concept, serving breakfast and park friendly items all-day. Think homemade breakfast tacos, yogurt, quiche, oatmeal, avocado toast and coffee in the morning to smoothies, cheese boards, sandwiches, burgers, pizzas and salad bowls through the evening hours.

This is one of the most wonderful places I’ve ever been to. The food is delicious. There are plenty of large tables outside that are all well shaded by nearby trees. The music selection is great. There is a great water feature that is so peaceful to watch and listen to. The park is full of laughter and fun. It is truly a joy to be here.

I’ve been wanting to come here for a a long time after driving by the really sweet outdoor space. Prices are good but the food was not. Fries weren’t salted or fully cooked through. Chicken salad sandwich was nothing special, pretzel bun needed to be steamed or something so sandwich was stiff. Staff was friendly so I’m sad to say the food really ruined it!

This is such a neat place to come grab a meal and relax on the outdoors. It’s very clean, calm, and has good service. The food is surprisingly good, and on the weekends they have small bands play. It’s a whole experience.
