As a Vietnamese woman, not a lot of food can come close to my mother’s cooking. The food was decent for Vietnamese food in this area. My husband, friend, and I decided to come here on a whim. While keeping in mind that there were only 2 people up front serving and ringing out the bill, it took a long time for us to get just our drinks, which should be a fairly easy task. Our server had a very standoff-ish demeanor. Overall, I’d only take off one star.

Authentic pho here. Broth was okay but could use a bit more flavour. But the beef slices were tasty and tender. Fresh spring rolls were not good, too chewy and lacking cilantro. Overall okay dinner but have had better.

Everything is good, from service to food. The seafood noodle soup broth is VERY good. In my opinion, their food is way better (rating 4.2) better than the pho bang from Louisiana whose rating 4.7.

The staff are very friendly. Sadly the food is very disappointing. The egg noodles are good, but everything else tasted old and stale like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. The crab rangoons tasted like soggy cardboard with no filling like it was dried out and not crispy. The veggie spring rolls were like tearing into old bread and old vegetables. The lettuce that was presented was wilted and brown. It looked very sad. The sauce also did not taste good. I didn’t eat as much as I could because it was bad. I’ve never stopped eating rangoons before. The restaurant atmosphere looked good though.

Everything was good in the first day. The foods were good, the service and staff was great til the next day when we came back. The waitress – the old guy for the next day was suck and so unprofessional, his attitude and the way he gave us the menu looked like he almost threw it at us. I was very happy by the first day but the next morning here really disappointed and made me upset.

A great local place for Pho and many other options. Mixed vegetable Pho is great. Their E1-Pork and wontons is phenomenal. This was my first time getting the wings and they did not disappoint either! Come give them a try. Nice friendly staff as well !

I used to be hesitant to try Pho Eva, because of certain reviews and I’m glad i didn’t let it convince me! I ABSOLUTELY love Pho Eva! The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Every item I’ve ordered the food was delicious and you can tell they make each dish with their love! Me and a coworker literally order the Chicken Bang Mi sandwich every single week! 10/10 would reccomend!
