A few days ago, We called in a Stuffed crust pizza to be picked up. I got there about 20 mins later and they claimed they didn’t take any orders for that cuz they were out of stuffed crust. So we ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, extra cheese, bacon, and Italian sausage. It took them 30 mins to make it and this Pic is what it looked like! The toppings are barely there and the pizza was barely cut. The sauce and cheese had ran all over! It was horrible!

Worse experience twice in a roll. Didn’t get my pan crust instead they gave my hand tossed like if I don’t know the difference , even after getting a saucy pizza last time. Not to mention I didn’t get the Pepsi and they shorted my wings. I will never be back.

Absolutely awful! Ordered by phone for carryout at 11:25 AM. Tried for pickup at 11:40 AM as directed. A woman at the door said she still had things to do before she could open. Posted opening time is 11:00. She finally let people in at noon, the pizza was cold and wasn’t what was ordered. When we asked for a refund she claimed she couldn’t give one. We had a choice of making do, waiting for for them to make one up fresh or to get a credit for next time. Won’t be going back.

I ordered 2 orders trough the pizza hut website to avoid door dash. The first order was embarrassing to say the least. I ordered 2 large thick crust pizzas and got to thin, crispy pizzas. The crust was so hard, it snapped when the slice was folded in half. Who wants hard pizza when they ordered thick crust! Can’t complain cuz they’ll blame door dash and door dash will blame pizza hut. The only good experience was with the dasher. She was excellent! Communicated with me the whole time and provided excellent customer service. Either way,

Terrible service. 2 1/2 hours for my food to be delivered. No joke. Wouldn’t refund me after an hour and a half so I had to wait for the food. Said I could speak to a manager either.

Horrible, I ordered carry out and was told my order would be ready for pickup within 10-15 minutes. After arriving I was told my pizza had to be re-cooked because the lady forgot to spray to pan and the pizza was not cooked correctly. After waiting for 30 mins I decided to ask for a refund. I am very disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

We bought a gluten-free pizza and the pizza had about seven pieces of pepperoni on it we bought the dinner box and all the pepperonis were stacked up on the center of the pieces of pizza we ordered a brownie and they did not even cut the brownie into pieces they showed a plastic knife in the Box for us to cut it when you pay for service you should get it and when you pay for pepperoni you should get pepperoni will not be going back to Pizza Hut in Delhi
