I went inside to order food and waited for awhile and a employee told me I would have to use the kiosk. I politely informed her I wasn’t a employee there and she rudely stated if you want to order you have to use the kiosk. I found this to be ridiculous. What’s next I will have to cook it as well. I assume they don’t need customers.

Taco Bell corporate needs to take a serious look at this store. The food was barely edible and fairly warm when served, when we the only ones in the dining room. Mexican pizza had barely a table spoon of meat on it and whatever oil the cinnamon sticks were prepared in, was bad and the sticks taste d horrible had 2 and threw the rest out! The shell for the Mexican pizza also tasted nasty, so it was probably prepared in the same oil as the cinnamon twists! Employees where very lethargic and in unmotivated to help us with our kiosk order, when we had an issue with choosing a soft shell instead of a hard shell on our combo order. Employees and management, need retraining, because this was the Taco Bell I’ve been too in 20 years! 1st and last time I’ll visit this store!

Hit on miss on service. Some actually listen and get order correct with a smile and cheerfully no less. Some never listen then are in a foul mood because they got it wrong or probably just are always grumpy and shouldn’t work in a public service sector at all.

Horrible! From the time I walked in the door… cashier would not take my order…I had to use the computer thing! But she had no problem taking my cash.. my Mexican pizza did not look right, had to much sauce oozing on one-sided.. and the meat was not good.. no beans… my chlupa the meat tasted spoiled to me.. not my friend.. could not eat it.. maybe it was me..idk… but been belching that nasty taste all day now with an upset tummy… never again..taco bell! Ask for a beefy melt no sour cream n got it with sour cream n now taco bell night shift manager said she was looking at it n tried telling me my receipt said beefy melt that was it I’m going in tomorrow with the receipt was just gonna let it go but the manager pretty much called me a lair because I asked I didn’t ask for sour cream get a new manager or demote Caroline T wrist visit ever in my life
