Cold fries through the drive thru. Took them back in. They gave me more cold fries. I pitched them across the parking lot. Bit into my shredded chicken sandwich. It was cold too. When l went in to get the fries l stood at the counter for five min and had to yell out to get service. Will nor ever go there again. Terrible.

Over several visits I had different foods. The breakfasts were the worst. The gravy fir the biscuits and gravy was tasteless. The other breakfast I ordered was some kind if scramble. All I could taste was onions. Ended up throwing both away. The supper food was no better. I’ve had a footlong chili dog a double cheese burger and a tenderloin. All were way more expensive than they were edible. I will not be returning.

Food was good service however aggravated me. Waited in line for 10 minutes get up to the window before being ask for cash because credit card machine was down. Luckily I had cash on me. Need to let people know before hand if credit card machine is down before they wait in line and order.

Got order wrong, BBQ bacon cheese plain should not have onions no BBQ sauce, they did fix, portions were small except for large fries, large milk shake seemed small 2 flavors were not balanced, tasted like butterscotch with tiny chunks of strawberries

I am a huge fan of Happy Daz! But not in Wapakoneta! Every time I’ve dealt with them I have been disappointed. Either I’ve had terrible service (slow or acting extremely unprofessional on speaker in drive through) or the food has been disgusting (cold fries, rock hard chicken tenders, underdone corn nuggets) or just giving me the wrong things I ordered (ranch instead of bbq sauce, forgot an order of French fries). This restaurant has lost my business.
