I love this place. Every time has been great. Food is wonderful, the staff is usually super friendly. This last time though, we pulled up to the drive through – and after having hyping this place up to some friends and us laughing and just enjoying our day, when asked to see the menu the drive through worker said okay. As we discussed what to order, again – having fun and laughing – the drive through worker asked us “what the hell we were laughing at” with such an incredibly rude tone, it almost made us leave. But the food kept us in the line.

I hate to change my rating but the last visit we had at Freddy’s was subpar and broke my heart because we travel to Pell City just to eat there. My order was completely wrong but that happened at the register even though it was called back correctly. When I went to pick up my order, I asked for ketchup and she begrudgingly gave me one pack and looked mad when I asked for one more. She never spoke, just slammed the ketchup on my tray. There were 4 more people in my party and she did the same thing to them. The place was filthy. I had to ask for my turtle concrete that I never received after eating my meal. They were not busy so that is not an excuse. I will try them one more time because everyone has an off day.

There are no words to describe how amazing the food is here. The burgers aren’t pathetic McDonald’s burgers, they actually have some meat on them and they are served perfectly. The cheese curds are heavenly. There is no ice cream better than the custard served here.

Have been on a small road trip and noticed this place. Since I saw we were getting one close to home I decided to see what it was about. It did not disappoint . The concretes were so creamy and so good the burger was excellent and the fry seasoning was so perfect to match the sweetness of the custard. Can’t wait to get the one near home open .

Great burgers! On this trip I got the double party melt with sautéed onions and Swiss cheese. I have loved patty melts my entire life and I would have to say theirs is probably the best I’ve ever had! They use the correct bread for a patty melt; Rye.
