Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen Menu – Austin, TX

Type : Pizza restaurant

Location : Austin, TX

Villa Italian Kitchen was founded with one store, one family, and one concept in 1964 when our founder, Michele “Michael” Scotto brought his authentic old-world recipes from Naples, Italy to New York City. Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. Since our first Villa Pizza next to the CBS/Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway, our commitment to quality and genuine hospitality remains the basis of our foundation.

Counter-serve pizza chain with traditional pies & slices, plus pasta & other Italian staples. Based on 56 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 2.5 stars. Price $

I’ve never felt so scammed for something I supposedly agreed to pay for.

Terrible service! Zero customer service skills. The male guy that serves the food is extremelly rude and unfriendly. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a food place. You have just made a purchase at his establishment and he looks at you as if he wanted to hit you or something like that. Horrible! And the food is not even decent.

Idk about y’all but we ordered here from ez cater and that experience was bad the food did not have flavor it was so bland. The speghetti sauce was awful. Chicken salad from there was boiled not even grilled. Never again will I order from here.

I ordered a stromboli and was a little concerned from the start because there was a rather large pile of strombolis just sitting out in the open and this place didn’t seem busy enough to be selling all the pizza let alone the strombolis, but I was working and needed something quick for lunch. He stuck it into a pizza oven I guess to heat it up because they are not fresh, when I bit into it it was cold like it hadn’t even been heated at all. That was the only thing I ate the entire day and the next morning when I woke up I had terrible food poisoning. I won’t ever eat mall stromboli again.

They must of just changed their pizza or something cause this place used to be good, we got 3 pizza and fries and drinks and the pizza was cold and disgusting, we all just picked at it and threw it away the fries were good but pizza Heck nooo.. will never eat at this place again.

Went to grab a meal before a movie. Originally wanted a combo meal with a side pasta, but the stuff they had didn’t look that good, so I just got a slice of pepperoni. Pizza is honestly smaller than your usual mall slice (like Sbarro), but tasted good enough for 3 stars. Around $8 for a slice and a fountain drink.

Very poor customer service, I was ordering pasta but didn’t really want the whole meal with a salad and drink, so I asked for spaghetti with meatballs. The person getting my meal ready didn’t even speak English so it was hard to communicate with him, he was just pointing at things to me. I got my meal heated up, going to pay and the person who seemed to be a manager informed that if I want spaghetti with meatballs I need to purchase the whole meal which was over $12!! Are they nuts? 12 bucks for some mediocre mall food?? So I said in this case I will just get pasta, so right in front to me he took the meatballs off from my plate which was very awkward. And I paid almost $7 for some pasta with just sauce. What a rip off!! Not going there anymore.

The place was truly amazing, the logo is so horrendous. The pizza was delicious though, it made mouth explode, it was so cheesy, Ioved the sauce it just melted on my tongue. Such a experience, I totally recommend it to children.

So, I was looking at the pizza to see which one I wanted. I usually get cheese because everything else is gross. The cheese pizza looked kinda dry and old so I asked one of the workers (an older Hispanic gentleman) “How long ago was the cheese pizza made?” He literally shrugged, said “Idk” and walked away from me. I’m not entirely sure what his issue is, but he does have an attitude almost every time I order there.
