Literally, half the time you order a pretzel from this place they don’t give you the cheese. I was once told that I have to actually ask for the cheese or they don’t have to give it to me. Tonight was just the end of it for me because I used DoorDash and had two different Dashers sitting in the parking lot for over an hour before we canceled the order altogether because they just were ignoring DoorDash and making food for everyone else.

Those machines are outdated. I could barely hear the person taking my order. As soon as I finished putting my order, another person in the speaker asked for my order. After giving my order for the second time I waited around 10 minutes and realized it never asked me to pay, so I called then again and they had no record of my order. I put in the order for the third time, this time it asked me to pay for only a part of my order. When the lady brought my incomplete order, I told her the situation. She was then able to help me after I put in my order for the 4th time.

I have literally had a mobile order here an every time I pressed the button to get my order I was told my order would be right out an I waited close to an hour an I kept hitting the red button an told my order would be right out til another employee came out an told me what was wrong with my order an we told her that she is the first one to tell me anything an when I received my order another annoyed employee came out with a snooty stuck up attitude an literally shoved my order to my passenger side. An proceeded to tell us rudely have a great day. A few employees at this establishment are bad apples an need to be let go for poor customer service an possibly ruining it for the other employees who do have amazing customer service. Management needs to weed out the bad apples. Would leave no stars but I left one for terrible service an no communication at all for a very easy order

This location is nothing like the one on Sangani. 25 mins for two drinks. Ordered in the app, paid in the app. Acted like I was a problem after I had to hit the button 2x’s to get a response. The fact I didn’t add a tip wasn’t left unsaid. “Uh yeah, we’re really backed up.” Not my problem kid. Do your job.

When taking our order, she cut us off after the first couple items and made us call back up to add the rest. Very rude and we never got our receipt for our order either

I ordered on doordash at 11 pm, which was confirmed. However, it was closed when my dasher arrived. If the website says you are open until 12 am, then you should be open. My time and my dasher’s time were wasted. Not acceptable.
