A man named Ani, who claimed he is the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I believe he’s RACIST!!!! I ordered a pepperoni pizza online, but when I went to pick it up, it was a cheese only pizza. I advised Ani of this and he said it was my fault and that I could pay for the cheese pizza and order and pay for the correct pizza. I asked for a refund, which surprisingly, he accommodated. However, when I tried to place a new order he told me I can no longer be served! He was DISGUSTINGLY RUDE! Are you kidding me?!! After returning home, I called back and asked him for the corporate office information and he REFUSED to give. I will be following up with corporate, This man claims he is the manager….He clearly lacks leadership qualities!!!!

Wonderful pizzas and place. Gal at the front desk is always so pleasant. Pizza is always ready for us to pick up by the time estimated on their website. And we always go to pick up the pizza since you get incentivized with a free 2 liter soda or ice cream. Which is great.

We always order from our local Pizza Guys, so when we were in Pleasanton for an event over the weekend they were our go-to. Sadly this location provided a terrible experience. I placed a large order 2 hours in advance online. My coupon code was not applied. I called and the woman assured me she would fix it and that our order would be delivered at the requested time as I explained to her that we were on a limited time crunch. Needless to say, I never received the discount from the code and my order was 30 mins late. When I called to find out what was taking so long the woman told me that if I didn’t like it that I could call the corporate office to complain since she was the franchise owner. She told me that my order was late because it was my fault that I placed a large order on a weekend. Ended up having to feed 40 kids in 10 mins before their bus left. Still waiting on a call back from corporate.

We’ve really never had too many problems with Pizza Guys but tonight is a different story. First, it took the delivery guy 35 minutes to arrive and we live 10-15 minutes away. But worse, my pizza is raw! The bottom is solid but under the cheese, the dough is raw! Crazy! I’ll still order from them but this is disappointing!

We order from pizza guys for my party on the weekend. The pizzas taste great. Their ingredients are fresh and has a wide variety of pizzas to choose from. They offered us cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory. The cheesecake was delicious. I’m glad that they offered it to us. They delivered on time and have an amazing customer service.

We have been ordering pizza here for years. My kids are foodies like their mom, so it was difficult to find a pizza that they would ask for. They prefer thin crusts like a traditional Italian pizza should be (the crust replaces the plate that you can also eat). My oldest likes Tuscany thin with white sauce and chicken and pepperoni. Fast service and you get free ice cream with pick up. I always do pickup because much faster.

Came here and got two large pizzas that I wanted to be the same, come to find out while placing the order I must have clicked a wrong selection for the topping and when I picked up the pizza it was not what I ordered, or what I thought I ordered. They remade a pizza the way I wanted it without charging me and let me keep the pizza that came out wrong so I Gave it to my family! Great job Pizza guys will be back!
