Visiting from upstate and this place was such a vibe! Quiet but chill and very clean! Aesthetically pleasing in all aspects as well. The drink pictured is a cold brew with cold foam and caramel drizzle that ran around $6.20 for a large. Will definitely stop by again.

This experience was fair. The people here are friendly enough. They know the items on menu well, but seem to lack the more diverse knowledge of an experienced barista for a next-level tea experience. This was my third visit to this location and I was really hoping that over time these essential skills for a top-notch experience would be learned, but that wasn’t my experience. I thought I had ordered an iced London Fog, but the flavor of the drink that was delivered was definitely disappointing. It was a lot like hot water poured over ice, with milk. No hint of Earl Grey or vanilla. It’s too bad. I was really hoping improvement.

Although, they never have white chocolate in stalk, they are very friendly and super kind. Every time that I have been here the person at window is super nice. But please order sufficient white chocolate for my iced white chocolate latte pleaseeee!! Over stalk if you have to my whole family literally only gets white chocolate

Nice place, but I was disappointed by the barista. I ordered a southern pecan coffee and there wasn’t enough left to fill my cup. She used another brew to fill up my cup. When I told her that I had seen her mix the two she left the coffee in the pick up area and walked away. Did not offer an explanation or a different coffee. I asked if she could make some more southern pecan and she replied, “not at this time”. It was early in the day. Overall, poor customer service.

I’m new the area. The first time I visited, they had no milk alternative options. The told me they will have some tomorrow. I just made my second visit since moving here. Again, no alternative to milk. I won’t be going back a third time!

Amazing place, all the recipes are made with really good portions of coffee, the atmosphere of the shop is so pretty and aesthetic, my favorite drink is the Iced Mocha Latte and Iced Cold Brew Mocha, they have plant based options as well and the scones are sooooo good! Try the white chocolate and raspberries.

This location never has anything! No syrups ! No matcha and no alternative milks! I’ve talked to the staff and complained multiple time these past months and they still don’t have anything! This used to be a go to but not anymore :/ Other than that the staff is great and friendly.
