Called in because the website didn’t want to work and get something with the 50% off all menu items that are going on right now. The manager told me my super cheesy pan pizza won’t be refunded if I think it’s too soggy. Dude, you’re making the pizza! If it’s soggy, it’s your fault! It’s your job to walk the thin line of soggy and super extra cheesy pan pizza. What are they paying you for? Just told him to make it large then. But then I ask about the 50% deal, and he just straight-up tells me he’s not gonna give it to me or anyone else. I think he is blocking the coupon from being used, and that’s why the website doesn’t work. Super disrespectful all around. This guy needs a reality check. We’ll see what corporate says about this guy tomorrow .

Very unprofessional “manager” that was working the last time we ordered and chose the carry out option. Didn’t notice that our order was wrong until we got home and when we called to make sure someone else didn’t get our pizza and vice versa, the employee was completely horrible and is now the reason we will never order from this location again.

I had a specialty thin crust pizza & loaded tater tots delivered on Wednesday and I can’t begin to tell you how fantastic the entire process was. The food was absolutely amazing & the service awesome. Paxton was freindly, fast and so professional. Great job Dominos! Top-notch food and service! Keep up the good work!!!!!

I don’t understand why it takes 30 minutes to “quality check” a pizza. But by the time it gets here it’s nasty and dried out. I’m really getting annoyed with tipping 20% for this service. And probably most likely won’t be doing it from now on. Whoever runs the night crew needs to run a tighter ship, or this place is going to end up like pizza hut. Also Travis shouldn’t be managing anything, if he is indeed actually a manager. Find a way to hire more drivers or close your doors. And DON’T blame the customers for your lack of staff. Also why did you open another store if you can’t staff this one?

Ordered using the app. After 45 minutes the tracker was still in the “prep” stage. I called in and they were not even getting the food ready (supposedly because of an address issue, although I indicated it was a hotel and wrote the name of the hotel. They had my cellphone and never called, so I am assuming it was a straight lie based in previous reviews). Took almost 2 hours to get the pizza, which was cold and very sloppy.
