The waffles are thin. IHOP has thicker waffles. My server was nice. But it was one ladythat worked there when I was trying to eat, she would say things to me that didn’t make any sense And she was also at the register checking people out but when it was turn she just walked away and didn’t say anything so someone else had to check me out and the workers was saying the lady always do that never wants to work to much. Smh, that bad customer service skills to have. But I highly doubt I would return.

Came to have an early dinner with my husband and had a wonderful experience. The food was great, the drinks were delicious, but what really elevated our experience was the waitress Ilana who was working alongside another waitress. She was fun, charming, personable and incredibly knowledgeable. She asked us about food allergens and made sure we were well taken care of. She was better than the girl she was working with that’s for sure, we will 100% be asking for Ilana next time we come to eat at our new favorite place now! You need to check this place out if you haven’t been already. 5 star service!!

I find Diners are pricing themselves out a bit as quality versus price has swung out of whack a bit.. Mitchell is a solid place for breakfast, eggs Benedict was done well.. but again 2 breakfasts and coffee and a $60 dollar tab isn’t something the average family can do often…

Good service, food was very generous in portions and I took half of it home. Food was good, well above average diner food but not over the top. Would definitely go back, family liked it too. Has a vintage vibe and was not too busy. Staff was very attentive.

That lady Sheryl is the worst. I been coming here quietly for sometime observing . I even hear her own workers talk so bad of her when she’s not there . I’ve watched her yell at her workers, very embarrassing so I guess that’s why they speak bad on her . My waitress had a attitude and very loud . She dnt like to be asked anything . The food there is ok, but the environment is horrible . Bad energy .

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! The order is ALWAYS incorrect or missing items! They charge you for it and have the nerve to tell you that you weren’t charged even though it is on your receipt! Their customer service is deplorable!!! I have to fight to get a refund for missing items! Their food is way overpriced!! I would give negative stars if I could!!
