Food this morning was under cooked. Then when the cashier ask for manager to refund the money she didn’t give clear instructions on what she was doing so when the cashier asked for clarity the manager/shift lead who ever she was talk to the cashier in a manner that was disrespectful. I got a biscuit bowl. Biscuits were hard. I already had to return the twin pack biscuit & sausage because it was burnt on the outer edge but wasn’t cooked all the way thru.

Ordered a blizzard, and they gave us a milkshake thru the drive thru. Walked inside for them to correct it and the girl working the counter rolled her eyes as she handed us the blizzard we ordered. I hope her eyes get stuck like that next time she rolls her eyes at us. She needs to learn how to respect others. She’s gonna roll her eyes at the wrong person one day. Learn respect little girl.

Ordered the rotisserie chicken bites and they were fried, I guess the were in a hurry. Anyway I asked for honey mustard with it, he told me it comes with ranch I said no ty I would like honey mustard for that meal and the other I ordered…….he gave me ranch anyway. The chicken is so hard I can barely bite it. A plus is the onion rings were great, that’s all I could eat. Thanks for ruining my lunch break!!!

I ordered a REGULAR Rotisserie bite basket. Was not made correctly. No fries, no toast. Asked the employee “doesn’t it come with fries? ” Guess I’ll eat my over priced Rotisserie bites…. by themselves. Smh 1 job

So I got the new DQ pretzel breakfast sandwich, the way it was made was horrible. Super small sausage patty. Very little syrup on it and the only thing that seems to look alright is the egg and pretzel bread.
