I would not recommend Dominos pizza to anybody. We placed an online order on July 8th and when we went in the store to pick it up one of the female employees was purposely sneezing obnoxiously loud, even her coworkers looked at her like why was she doing that. I told my friends and family about this experience and they were not shocked, we will never do business with any Dominos pizza store again.

Food came 2 hours and 30 min after i ordered it. Food came cold and rubbery. I ate some and it made me very sick. Never got the refund they said they were going to give me. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a pizza place. Be careful this place may make you very very sick!

This location had the smallest chicken wings I’ve ever seen in my entire life! Three of their wings equal ONE wing at any other place. Complete ripoff so beware! Not only that, we waited there for an extra 45 minutes after the pickup time for our order. When brought to their attention, their excuse for the long wait was “computer issues.” AND the cherry on top … we got our pizza home and it’s the WRONG PIZZA! Tried to call in the issue but phone rang with no answer for 15 minutes straight. Asked my bf if he he noticed a staffing shortage and he mentioned he saw 3 employees working which seems about the norm for other pizza places (which were able to produce without any issues.) Complete disappointment.

If I can give them a zero start I would. Ordered my pizza for delivery and they took more than an hour an a half to even bake the pizza. When to the location and all they said was “Mam we have about 50 orders”. No apologies no nothing the man was rude. They made me sit and wait and 15 minutes later one of the delivery drivers asked for my name and said “oh your pizza is here”

I can’t eat dairy, ordered a pizza without cheese. It came with cheese on it. No worries I thought, I would just reach out to them and they would apologize and get me another pizza and yes I might have to wait a little bit longer but I’d still get to eat dinner. How wrong I was. When I called the store number on the receipt I was put in a hold queue for over an hour and still have not spoken with anyone Despite calling 3 times. I also tried the option if you want to order a new pizza and not went to a call center. I tried using the Issues resolution section of the app and there wasn’t a way for me to get a replacement dinner that night either. Don’t use this location of domino’s if you can help it.

Horrible, horrible service! We ordered pizza at 2:23pm, received a message that our pizzas were placed in the oven at 2:40. Receipt stated that the order was ready at 2:50, yet we received our cold pizza at 4:12pm. So, our pizza was sitting on their counter for 1 hour and 22 minutes. I’ve been on hold waiting to speak with someone at their location for 40 minutes now. Absolutely the worst delivery service we have ever received from Domino’s. The very least they could have done was re-make the pizzas prior to delivery. We live close to this location, but we’ll never order from this Domino’s ever again!
