Had lunch there yesterday. Greek food was delicious. A hidden gem in Castle Shannon. Feel like you are in a quaint little bistro in Greece. Place is always busy so that’s usually a sign it’s good. There is limited parking on the street but a parking lot right below the place next to the Willow inn. I had the vegetable quiche, my friends had the chicken on a stick and my other friend the turkey sandwich. The salads are huge and try the Greek donuts. Sooooo good. Large selection of pastries too. Will definitely be returning.

My wife and I met friends at Anthos this morning and had an incredible first-time experience. Beautiful and super clean restaurant with very pleasant and helpful staff. The breakfast foods/pastries and coffee were truly exceptional! Breads and pastries are all made fresh daily. Got some goods to go and am really enjoying those, too. Can’t recommend Anthos more highly! Will definitely be going back… ♥️

I had the lentil made with red lentils, and it was tasty! The bread served with it was so good with it. Then I had the Avocado Toast with a side of smoked salmon. Omg it was good, mmmm! Great service and quality food! The only downside was that it was busy, and the long line made it somewhat difficult to navigate to the water, condiments & silverware station. It was worth it, though!

Was disappointed by the small amount of pastries available. My husband’s breakfast sandwich was good but my eggs, bacon, and toast were 100% overcooked. We weren’t a fan of the coffee either. I really want to like this place so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that they were having a bad morning. Will try again later.

This was our first experience at this outstanding restaurant that is about 1 year old. We had brunch and the food & service were excellent. Although the acoustics are a bit loud, it was perfect for families with young children. We had an assortment of breakfast/brunch foods including the Greek bowl, mushroom toast, turkey sandwich, and assorted breads & pastries. Everything was perfect: absolutely delicious and fresh. I also had the Greek coffee (identical to Turkish coffee), which was fantastic. I was so enamored with the pastries that we bought some to take home. My only critique are the acoustics, but with our granddaughter toddler, it was fine. I was surprised that this establishment wasn’t on Trip Advisor since it was so good. We would definitely return to Anthos!
