I love this incredible place! I always do the build your own salad option where you can pick all the options you want without paying extra (there are up charges for adding meat or other premium toppings). They chop all of the ingredients up and mix into the dressings perfectly! Favorite healthy lunch ever!

The saddest margherita pizza in WNY. I Just picked up this mess for takeout and it had no basil on it and only a quarter of the pizza had cheese on it. This is a shame since we used to make Pie-o-Mine a regular stop but the quality has gone way downhill.

In person the food is good and the quality is dependable. However, when ordering on doordash, there are often ingredients missing. I ordered wraps with double turkey and consecutive (3) times there is absolutely no turkey in the wrap. I don’t know if they are purposely ripping off online customers but it’s a bad look and very suspicious. I didn’t complain to doordash or the location the first few times because I thought it might be a fluke or honest mistake.

FOOD POISONING! Both me and my boyfriend had the same salad and ended up getting food poisoning. We have been having diarrhea and nausea non stop after eating here. The salad was good but something must be uncooked or full of bacteria because we are super sick!!!

5 min early for lunch special, they said sorry can’t help you. $12 for a pizza the size of a slice and cheeses and condiments just sitting out in warm room. Super slow, should try a longer lunch special, overall ok but wouldn’t highly recommend.

i had a horrible experience with the staff. there was about 6-8 teenage girls just standing around in a group talking while 2 people ran the salad bar and one girl was at the cashier. first, all of those girls and the cashier treated me SUPER unprofessional and poor. they all yelled swear words as well. before this, i overheard a phone call where the manager (another young teenage girl, no wonder none of them have been fired already) was on the phone with a customer that was complaining. after the phone call had ended, another coworker said “is that the b**ch from earlier?” and the manager said yes. this is proof that the manager is just as unprofessional and will not fire anybody that gives bad customer service. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. i don’t understand how 8-10 staff members could all treat customers horribly, but pie o mine completed that. it sucks because i love the food, but i will not be coming back again.
