The last time I went into Lil Cesar’s, I saw a female employee who clocked in and did not wash her hands. She sat her purse down and literally started handling food. The fact that the cashier is taking money and then heading to the back to help with boxing and cutting the pizza did not sanitize their hands either did not sit well with me. While waiting, i noticed one young man washing hands several times while preparing food. I’ve worked in fast food for several years as a young adult and knew how to handle food correctly, and it is sad to see that some of the employees do not care or understand the importance of handling food.

Brutally sick after one bit of this pizza. It was horribly undercooked. This specific little Caesars has to be the worst one I’ve encountered. Wait time are regularly 20-30 min after being told 10(I’ve waited 45min before just leaving) Meanwhile while you are sitting there for half an hour the majority of the staff in the back will be standing around on their phones blaring loud music. Order literally anywhere else.

Went in to order get a hot and ready at 640pm. When I asked if the pepperoni and thin crust where available as advertised between 4-8pm the young girl at the counter shrugged her shoulders and said well not anymore. There was literally 2 customers including myself in there. She was very rude and just did not seem like she wanted to be there. I said thank you and walked right out. Her attitude just stopped me from even waiting the few minutes for a hot ready. 1st time at that location and bad 1st impression. Customer service goes a long way…

There’s no such thing as hot and ready, don’t let them fool you. Walked in this place And the employee was dancing and hurried and came out, i told her what i wanted and she took my money said nothing to me. I continued to wait for a long time with not seeing one person. It took over 20/25 minutes for 2 HOT N READY pizzas. The name tells you, that you should have to wait but that not the case. I remember the old days where you’d get it as soon as you ordered because they were actually hot and they were ready to be sold. The kids were more concerned with the music they were listening to.

Take your money somewhere else! They messed up my order. I called them was told by Kiana they would replace it any day I wanted to be replaced. Called little Cesar’s 5 days later for the order just to be told by Chase (employee) the supervisors said that order can not be replaced. This place is just horrible with very bad customer service. Also got hung up by an employee twice. I ask for the manger and Chase response was he early talk.

Save your time, don’t order from this location. Multiple times I have waited (accompanied by other customers) over 30min for two hot n readys that were ordered ahead of time online. I understand these workers don’t get paid much, but when there is 7-10 people waiting for orders, you would think there would be some sense of urgency.

This pizza was hardly edible, I ordered a mushroom pizza and barely got a hand full of mushrooms on my pizza along with a tiny dash of pizza sauce ..it’s a simple pizza, how hard could it be? Apparently really hard for these workers! also I ordered a “Call Duty” pizza that was also terrible and lacking pizza sauce and toppings and they gave me a Sierra Mist instead of a Mountain Dew & no dipping sauce. This place should seriously just go out of business, they are an absolute embarrassment for the “Little Caesar’s”franchise.

2nd time in a row that our pepperoni pizzas were made without pepperoni. After he tried to tell me he made it the way I ordered and I showed him my email confirmation showing I had ordered it with pepperoni, he silently walked away to come back a few minutes later and tell me he forgot what part of my order was missing and I’ll have to wait 10 minutes. Never an apology.

“We’re only making pepperoni pizzas cause we’re about to close” the CSR at 9:30 pm. Really? 30 minutes isn’t enough time to add more than one topping? Employees don’t do anything but give me attitude any time I come in to get my order and the music is always blaring.
