The language barrier. We must be fair & courteous to everyone because people need their jobs. It’s frustrating when I have to repeat an order 4 times & the worker doesn’t know or understand what’s on their KFC menu so I have to drive to the window or go inside to ask for help for a simple 2 piece meal with 2 sides for my mom. The person could be a valuable employee but maybe the window taking orders isn’t the right position.

Let me start by saying that even though there was not a lot of chicken in the buffet, and food was not fresh, the lady at the register made up for all that, she greeted us with the most greatest attitude and friendliness, was attentive to what we needed when asked, I did not catch her name but you rocked girl, I would definitely recommend this place for buffet

I went through the draft through the order the 10 piece of fish bucket and I was told I would have to wait 20 minutes which is fine so I’ll waited 20 minutes and then I waited an extra 30 minutes and still had not seen anything on my food after 30 minutes I went inside they said well it just came up and I said OK and 10 minutes later they brought out my food and I was told they do not have no expectatoes and that they will not make mashed potatoes. So you mean to tell me for 40 minutes they could not simply go in there and make the mashed potatoes? I worked at KFC for 2 years I know it does not take not even 5 minutes to make mashed potatoes. I’m highly upset at their service. The pregnant manager was the only one doing anything.
