Todays crew 7/26/23 4:30pm is the best. Fries and chicken came out at the same time. Didn’t take long either. Garlic parm sprinkled to perfection. Even tast like fresh oil was used. Enjoyed the music so much I dined in along another table complimenting service. Perfecto!!!

Truly disappointed in the service I received. I placed a order online at 9:15pm received confirmation that order would be ready at 10:02pm. To only arrive at 10:15pm order not ready!!!! I ordered online at 6:38pm est and my order was expected to take no longer than 21-26 minutes. I arrived to the store for pickup at 7:01pm , order was still not ready. I watched people come inside get their online orders and walk out. Meanwhile it’s now 7:21pm est and I’m still sitting here waiting for my meal and was placed almost 45 minutes ago now. This is not the first time either. I believe for some customers they wait until you come into the store and pay before they start preparing your order. If that’s the case there should not be an option for online orders. Servers have no sympathy for waiting customers either

Monday my order was delivered completely wrong and they acted like it was nothing they can do. I give them another chance tonight and half of my order is missing. I was told they’ll remake it but I would have to come get it. Get there and was told that Dametria, the manager refunded my order, and she refuse to remake the missing items of my order like I was told they would. Never again!!
