Long wait time. After 15 minutes or so 4 people walked out of the back and slowly started to assist customers. I watched one of the employees make me 3 tacos.. I got home and only had two so I hope whoever stole one of them enjoyed it. The place could have been cleaner…much cleaner. This location needs a strong manager who makes employees work during dinner rush.

This is the best Chipotle I have ever been to!!! I called the store prior to ordering through Door dash to ask if they would put certain items on the side as I had oral surgery and have to puree some ingredients. They said the would, they came through and it was perfect. Thanks for helping me enjoy your food. You guys are awesome. Whoever was working on 7/17/23 at 7pm needs a huge kudos for excellent service.

Ordered the Stake Bowl with brown rice with black beans, onions, peppers ,and sour cream. The staff was polite and the food was delicious ! It was my spouse first time eating Chipotle, and my spouse liked it. He wasn’t to fond of the brown rice . Other than that, we had a good experience.

I was just in this location picking up an order. My order was supposed to be ready for pick up at noon. I received the notification that it was ready. When I got to the store around 12:05 it wasn’t on the shelf. I noticed a ready order just sitting on the counter. I asked if that was mine after waiting about 10 minutes. The lady preparing the orders told me she didn’t know and walked away. Turns out it was mine as I stood there waiting for 15 minutes for them to hand it to me. The wait is too long, the employees are rude and the store and especially the kitchen doesn’t look clean.

If I could give no stars with an explanation then I would but that should tell you how highly disappointed I am with this establishment. It was too many issues to list honestly but they biggest was adding cheese to the wrong bowl and my son is allergic to dairy especially cheese! The bowl was so simple to make for the price I paid is ridiculous so to get it wrong was not good customer service.

Nice staff and good food, but the lack of cleaning is off-putting. The counter on which they use to assemble your food is covered in food droppings and it gets all on your food packaging (foil, plate, etc.) – NOT cool. Doesn’t take long to take a rag and wipe it down after each use. Change your gloves as well while your at it. And I don’t like eating at any Chipotle locations because the eating areas are not very inviting. It’s very cold and rigid and feels like your on display to those waiting in line next to the tables. The atmosphere at Chipotles are not dining worthy. We’re just in and out.

Customer service: 0/10. Had a whole line wrapped around the store waiting for 20+ minutes just to tell us they were out of everything. They also have teenagers working. They’re rude, slow, and don’t know how to maintain a fast food restaurant, they shouldn’t be there without management.
