All the employees there are so friendly every time I come in! My experience is never disappointing. I’m always greeted, my food gets brought 2 my table when I dine-in with a smile. The store is always clean. I choose this location every time over the newer location in town any day! Love it! Keep up the good work 2 all the taco bell crew on 4th street!!

The tacos were all broken. They were placed in the bag so disheveled that what little meat, cheese, and lettuce were in the tacos came out and were in the larger carry bag. The quesadilla seemed raw and doughy. It was definitely a big disappointment and a waste of money!

I ordered meals for 3 people through the Taco Bell app. 3 items were missing from our order. We had to go back to get them. To Taco Bell’s credit, they did have the items ready when we got there the second time. This has been a recurring problem at the S 4th street location in Leavenworth. The staff is friendly, but not very thorough in making sure orders are complete and correct.

Worst taco bell. The line is always long and service is always extremely slow. Tonight was the last straw Spoke with Anna and she wouldn’t give a refund for food that she admitted she made wrong! Said I could bring it back. It’s past 11 o’clock on a Tuesday I told her that wasn’t an option. She was unremorseful and offered no other help outside of I could bring the food back tomorrow. How does that help my familys hunger tonight? Doesn’t make sense.

They say the third time’s a charm but in this case it’s more like three strikes, you’re out. We will not be returning to this location. The first time they had our order wrong was forgiven. The second time, we got all the way home and realized they left out two items we had paid for. The third time, we ordered a quesadilla, nacho fries, three soft tacos, 2 hard shell tacos and a crunch wrap supreme meal. Looking in the bag, it appeared everything was there. Once again, we arrived home and instead of a crunch wrap supreme I got a plain cheese quesadilla that looked as if it was made for a small child. I’m over the disappointment of things not being made correctly and orders not being filled correctly. The Taco Bell closest to Fort Leavenworth is much better and our orders have never been wrong.

Employees late at night are very very rude. Will not add to ur order and if u ask you will get cursed at and mocked and laughed at then refused service. Highly recommend not going to this Taco Bell go a little further down the road to the next one much better service there!

Haven’t been impressed at all. It seems every time we go (not often at all), the doors are locked and I can’t remember a time my order was right the first time, which means we get to wait in the drive through line again. I never get sour cream on anything and it’s almost never left off even though it’s in the order. Last time our two combo soft tacos were in a big box of other tacos so we assumed they weren’t included, and once discovered, couldn’t tell which were with the combos and which were supremes for the box. The sides (cinnamon twists) were left out of the combos the first time too. They were out of regular iced tea and what ever replacement I got was supposed to be mango or fruit tea something and it was carbonated… I just wanted tea. This last time we were there, no one cared that so much was wrong the first time through the line at all. It’s really sad people can’t just do a simple job reading an order and making sure what was read ends up in the bags.
