Owner/operator David Hogan was the MVP for Northview’s State Champion football team. Now he is the MVP for Soul Food, Meat and 3, and short orders in Dothan. Great Food, great service, can’t wait to go back for take out or dine-in. Big portions. Good for lunch or early dinner. Try Delores’ candied yams.

The food was delicious. My husband and I ate for less than $20. He had a plate from the hot food bar. Fried chicken, fried okra and broccoli. We’re not talking a small plate either. That was enough to feed two. The broccoli was to die for, the chicken was cooked to perfection crisp and juicy. No salt needed. I had the Hogan Burger with fries and let me tell you that was one hell of a burger. Double patty, Double ham, and double bacon topped with FRESH lettuce, tomato and pickles. Less than $5 for all that juicy burgerness. As for the restaurant itsself it is small and inviting. The staff is super friendly and fun to talk to. It gives you the feeling of being in your grandma’s kitchen. It is a bit hot in there but everything else makes up for it. Thank you for the great food and conversation. You got our business.
