My first time! The bartender Clint was great company, very efficient, the restaurant was clean, the food was delicious and well served. Plenty of seating for larger parties. The bathrooms, clean and well stocked. I’ll DEFINITELY be returning. Right in the heart of downtown, well placed near a couple of parking garages, but there are some spots available locally with meters.

Ordered take out couple times before, but haven’t eaten there yet. It’s so chic and clean inside. Love the lights. The food was really good. The juicy bun and duck fried rice were outstanding. And the ramen is very good too. It’s really nice to find a decent Asian restaurant in downtown Salem. Definitely will come here often!❤️❤️

Ginger Cajun was an interesting stop along my trip to Salem! I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect with it being called “Cajun Seafood-Asian Fusion” but the menu had a variety of options! I wasn’t too hungry so I just ordered drinks and mozzarella sticks but my husband was very happy with his ramen and crab rangoons! The only downside is the 20% tip that is automatically added to the bill. While we had excellent service and usually tip 20%+ it was very off putting that the establishment could have provided horrible service and still charged us that without telling us beforehand.

Not sure about some of the negative reviews here. One in particular that indicated the food was good, excepting the spicy dumplings. We found the spicy beef dumplings to be quite good. They also mentioned dirty bathrooms, and perhaps on their visit they might have been. We found the bathrooms entirely acceptable. The one suggestion I would make would be to add descriptions to the menu so you know what veggies and other major ingredients come with it. Other than that, great experience! Our orders:

I’m SO glad I chose this place. My 8yr old loved her ramen. My 13yr old got fried rice loved it. The rest of us shared a seafood bag spicy oldbay it was delicious . The staff was great! Friendly so easy going , they even had a game night with trivia questions, that was fun and we won a prize! it was a great way to end off our last night in Salem.

Really good food, server was a bit hit/miss. And do not go on Karaoke night unless that’s your thing. They had two really awful singers there that monopolized the singing (not the restaurant’s fault but the host)

Seafood so over cooked it was rubber. Food was horrible even for those of our group that didn’t eat seafood. Waiter acted like he couldn’t handle.simple requests and anything was a hassle. Don’t waste your time or your money.
