I usually stay quiet this place is a TRAP for tourists there are NO prices anywhere the dumplings are $1.5 each but they throw extra ones you did not ask for! I ordered hot tea it was more expensive than coffee beware I was charged 21.50 for this outrageous the little dumplings were thrown on my plate it should have been 17$ with the hot tea rip off do NOT GO here !!!!! Food quality was average at best for a low end take out restaurant which I would not recommend. Pricing and quality don’t match. If you do want to try, make sure you check out how their pricing works as the menu do not show prices nor how many pieces the dim sum come as a dish. Also Food were cold, tea come in a paper cup with a 5cent tea bag and hot water, but we were charged for $2.50 USD per cup. We ended up paying $72.91 usd for 4 pieces each of: 1) har gau, 2) Siu Mai, 3) beef dumpling, 4) sharks fin dumplings, shrimp rice noodle (we ordered 1 but came and as a large dish $10.50), 1 wonton soup $13.50, 4 egg rolls $1.5 per piece and 4 fried dumplings $1.80 per piece (we only ordered 1 but came in 4. Normally when we order dim sum, it comes as a dish which may contain 3 to 4 pieces and that’s why we did not question it. We were never told they get charged per piece. We felt ripped off. They could have done better with explaining the menu. On the menu we placed 1 and were all changed to 4 when we went to pay the bill. The table next to us also complained food was cold and they ordered 1 congee and were given and charged with 2. Seems like this restaurant like changing customers orders at random or May be they know we’re visitors or may be it’s San Francisco culture. In any event, be warned as we would never again eat in SF Chinatown, especially this one, on our future visits!

Extra points for authentic. In Guangdong province this would be a 3 stars max. But in Chinatown, it was one of the best we were able to find. Lots of Chinese people eating there. They were not americanized versions, but the original dishes. This is an inexpensive place so the dim sum was not made to order. They are cooked in big steamer trays, so some of them were a little overcooked, but still delicious. Super friendly staff. Not a place for tourists though. If you eat upstairs, you will be sitting among some boxes of inventory, to go boxes and napkins. If you lived in China, it will bring you back and you will know that you are in the hole in the wall place that you wanted to find. They also make their own Mooncakes and we bought a box to bring home. We just felt we went to China and back.

Quick, fast, good. Price is affordable. Some of the fried items we ordered were cold, like the fried wonton and the soup dumpling- there was no soup in it no more- kind of disappointing. Overall food was flavorful. There is a small area you can use to dine-in by the deli, and upstairs.
