Some proteins do not include the grill such as our tuna and our Vegan Chick’n. So happy they opened a Diced near me – a Miami Lakes as this has been my go to. I recently started a new lifestyle and this is where I go eat when I didn’t cook because I trust their food. For the value and price it can’t be beat. They always greet you when you come in. It’s fast and never had an issue so far.

I rarely take the time for this but I felt absolutely compelled. Whilst I myself was so hot heated at the moment I forgot to ask for her name, let it be known, the manager or supervisor at the Miami Lakes location at around 8:30 p.m. on 8/18/23 deserved tremendous praise and if possible a raise! I don’t think I’ve encountered anyone as passionate with customer service as I have been. I spent $30 on a wrap that was totally inedible with none of my sauces I paid for in toe. Uber eats was AWFUL and did not help myself nor the establishment. This manager went OUT OF HER WAY to send a driver in the area to deliver me my proper and fresh wrap that Uber eats refused to deliver. This woman deserves a raise and much more!

Lovely visit and great atmosphere; it feels like I was transported to another dimension when I walked inside the doors. Great and sweet welcoming staff as well as great food make Chipotle a contender for the high end, but they deliver.

Funny thing…as I’m seating outside enjoying my built bowl consisting of spinach, mixed greens, cucumbers, broccoli, tomatoes, corn, carrots, black beans, avocado and chili chicken topped with delicious garlic cilantro; a group of kids walking by and one asked what this joint was and the other kids answer was “like chipotle, but a healthier version” and I couldn’t agree more. Washed it all down with a banana, mango ana strawberry with coconut water smoothie and I was a happy man. Fresh ingredients, many options especially for the vegan clientele but more generous with portions and also better pricing. So yes this is a healthier option to the popular Chipotle but it also caters to my vegan friends so everyone leaves happy. Service was fast and staff is very welcoming and friendly. Ambiance is very casual and outside seating was perfect.

Charged me $.60 for items that would have gone on my bowl for free, but I had to have them on the side for my kids. Tried to justify this by saying they had to pay for each tiny plastic container that each side item went in… containers that could not cost more than a few cents each. Price gouging – you should be ashamed. I will not go back. Wouldn’t have even completed the order except for the fact that my family was waiting for their food at my office (was take kids to work day) and they were starving, so I couldn’t waste time going somewhere else. Making matters worse, the Manager and Assistant Manager didn’t seem to care, and were completely unfriendly and uninterested in my perspective.
