I got the spicy guacamole burger and my sister got the salmon over pasta. We shared the boneless buffalo wings. Everything was so good! We were pleasantly surprised as it was our first time trying liberty cafe. We will be back 🙂 I never write reviews but had to for this one. If you’re skeptical about going here just GO! It’s so good 🙂

Wow…. We recently decided to try this place out after eating here years ago and not having a pleasant experience at all, service was a joke, food was terrible and we said never again,,, we checked out the menu online recently and said let’s go and see if anything has changed,, to our surprise, a very good one at that, the service was friendly and attentive and the food has definitely changed for the better, we were surprised at the portions and newer selections,, we ate our lunch and had leftovers,, loved our food and dessert and have been back again since,, trying other dishes and once again were very satisfied. Guadalupe our waitress both times we visited has been very nice and accommodating, both times we have eaten there the restaurant has been busy, which is nice to see. Apparently major changes have taken place and I am happy to say we will be back. It is always a pleasure to deal with a business that values it’s customers and implements the changes that are needed to make those customers feel valued. Great food, reasonably priced and friendly service in a very relaxed family atmosphere. Thank you to the Liberty cafe for offering great service and tasty food to all of your customers. Keep it coming.

Went here for breakfast and was extremely disappointed! I ordered breakfast and my husband got a burger. Service was extremely slow, and they weren’t that busy. My hash browns were mushy. My toast came almost 5 mins after our food was brought and it was so burnt is was hard as a rock with a spot of butter no bigger than a penny. My husband’s burger had ZERO seasoning on it. We went here years ago when it was Ranchos Cafe. Whoever took it over ruined it. We won’t be back!

There Mexican breakfast food was horrible. I am Mexican and there chilaquiles tasted like they through Mexican chips and added the sauce and there Chile relleno was not soft and it was not cooked well and the cheese inside tastes rubbery. I was chocked that it was not good since they have Mexican cooks. Very disappointed. Maybe there American breakfast is better. There dinner so far was good but 1 star for there Mexican breakfast was horrible
