After waiting nearly an hour for our food we were asked what we had ordered, since they obviously hadn’t even started our food we asked for our money back. The pizza faced 12 year old they have managing the cash register got an attitude about it, and threw an audible tantrum to the “manager,” who still did nothing but lie and say our food was on the way out. We were refused a full refund because we “ate our salads.” (the salad bar was not stocked and all of the silverware was dirty).

Was terrible. Food was cold. No clean plates no straws. Employees was making fun of me for asking for a refund. Spent almost 60 dollars and 2 kids didnt even get to eat. Asked for calizone on buffet. Never got it. People come in after us and asked for pizza and got it. Will not return.

Well there are some pros and cons so the pro is the food was ok but not hot enough the fries are okay not warm enough and the wait was a little a bit long. The cons are the bathroom was a horrible mess smelled awful if you wanted to have a cup of ranch but already ordered, THEY WILL CHARGE. The ranch was thinned down.

Good pizza and salad buffet but has some room for improvement compared to other Mazzios. Salad bar runs out of food and is not refilled very quickly and tables need to be bussed quicker. Staff is nice.

We were driving through on the turnpike and needed place to eat. the staff was super friendly and kind to our 7 year old daughter. Food was fine, we were happy they had a salad bar!

Stoped by on 5-25-2018 for a late lunch 1:30 ish service was extremely slow lack of service. Had to go in the kitchen after waiting 10 min at the front counter while they were in the back playing grab A#* . Unprofessional staff to say the least

Bixby mazzios has an amazing buffet. No buffet on Sunday but every weekday lunch and Tuesday nites. Staff is very friendly and restuarant is very clean. They keep the Buffet fully stocked.
