Been hearing great stuff about this new sports bar’s food so brought my 5 year old to eat lunch. Mid day on a Friday and all the tvs were showing sports, music was good, and the AC FELT GREAT! The food was sooo fresh and top notch. We got mozzarella sticks and a house burger. The mozzarella sticks were fat, and breaded amazingly. The burger was so fresh and a huge patty, my kiddo said it was the best burger she’s ever had! Also got dessert a brownie skillet with ice cream, absolutely delicious.

Jackson’s is the best new addition to Vista. I have been in during lunch to work and have a quick bite at the bar as well as brought my whole family of 7 for dinner in their dining room. Every time, service great and food exceptional. Jack, the Owner, is regularly mingling with guests, Damon the Head Chef, puts out some incredible stuff! All your classic bar favorites but elevated! Definitely recommend. Oh and Jack is welcoming First Responders and Military to bring in their patches for the patch wall! Any business that supports our Nation’s finest, gets my money for sure!
