My husband is a JJ aficionado. I’m not much of a sandwich eater, but I do like their “unwich” option which is a lettuce wrap around your sandwich of choice. Great for cutting calories, reducing carbs, and occasionally bringing peace to the dinner table when our choices don’t line up. I love ordering through the app and the fast delivery (though there’s a fee for that). Hubby’s fave is the #5 and #7 Italian choices. I like their clubs.

Came here 20 min before close and I have to sing Aaliyah’s praises! As someone in the restaurant industry myself, I understand how tired and over it you can feel toward closing time but Not only was she so kind and helpful, but she went out of her way to be generous and give me something to take home to my step daughter. This was my first-time visit. I had to meet witha regional salesrepresentative thatdrove all the way from Dallas to havelunch with me and talk shop. Jimmy John’s wasn’tas crowded as I expectedso we didn’t have to wait too long to get our food. I had a tuna sandwich on the thickest slices of brown bread I have ever seen. Both oursandwiches were fantastic, good on the eyes, and flavorful.

Ordered the Italian nightclub, i added extra for provolone and capocolla. Apparently 3 slices of the capocolla and 4 pieces of cheese is extra?? So how much is on here when I don’t add extra??? Place is a scam? Doesn’t help that the apparent manager who I spoke to on the phone claimed to be the one who put the sandwich together and argued with me that the extra capocolla was in there. I wouldn’t call to complain if you actually made it right like you claim you did.

Ordered a sandwhich earlier this week. Sometimes things happen and I had a hair in my food. Always the same order, slim 5 cut in halve with mayo. I called the store and received an offer to remake it which was not necessary anymore since my wife was kind enough to pick me up some lunch.

This is my favorite JJ’s! I work close by and some days can’t get away for lunch so I go on line and order on the app. You get rewards for using it and a text showing the status. If they are ever running late they give me a call. Great customer service. Today I got a free oatmeal raisin cookie.

Charles is one of the few remaining top notch kind of guys! Great attitude and guest service is above and beyond what you would expect. I forgot my order of cookies for my daughter’s and he stayed late to hand them to me. This is a huge thing for me and it made my girls night. He even threw in two bread loafs in the bag too!!!
