There wasn’t a problem until after we ordered our food my sister found hair in her food, they remade her meal however she did have orange chicken and how did all of our food have orange zest taste in them?!! Not only that my friend had a seafood allergy, none of us ordered a meal with shrimp in it and he had an allergic reaction and was sick the rest of the night, not only that before we were about to leave we were rushed by an employee that they were closing in 15 like we weren’t already packing up to go, the only reason we were waiting is because they had to remake an order and we were dining in! Worst customer service I’ve had in a while.

My husband and I love to go here on occasion. Tonight was our last night here. Vivian (the manager) was extremely rude to my husband tonight. Usually when we come here his food (he likes to get steak) is great. But sometimes his steak tastes rotten and like it had went bad. Tonight was another night that his steak tasted like it had been sitting out and tasted like it was going bad. So he takes it up to the front counter and asks if they can please exchange it for something else (this has happened on a few other occasions before, and usually it’s not a problem; he’s never rude with them). He was speaking to another manager when Vivian came up and told him that she’s going to give him a refund and to never come back to the place. When he’s had problems like this he’s never rude to the staff, just asks if he can switch it out for chicken. She and the other manager refused to give us the owners number and threatened to call the cops. We were just trying to explain to them that sometimes the food is good and sometimes it’s not. Honestly I didn’t quite hear all that was going on as I was sitting down at the table when my husband went up, but all he asked was to switch out the steak again and Vivian came up to him and began having an attitude and telling him that all he does is cause problems and that she doesn’t like him coming in. The other manager said the same thing, that he’s caused problems. The only problems we have brought up to them was when his steak tasted bad, or when the white rice had been overcooked to the point it was burnt. But we will find another spot for us to go to. $40 for two Hibachi bowls is not worth the price if the food isn’t tasting right.

Great food and the whole place is very clean. It’s not a fancy hibachi, it’s more akin to a fast Food than a traditional sit down hibachi. The food was absolutely wonderful though! Highly recommended ♡

Ok, first off, understand that this is Express. That means if you’re looking for gourmet, go to a gourmet hibachi restaurant. This is a place for a quick bite. That being said, the food is good. The portions are generous. And the service is friendly. The food comes out quickly. You have the option of dine in our carry out, both of which are good options–it’s ready quickly enough for me to get and take back on my lunch break, but has a nice enough atmosphere for dine in. It’s open at 10:30 for early lunch hours. This in and of itself merits an award in the category of “what’s open at this hour for my lunch?”
