The slowest and yet coldest food! How is that possible? You also can’t see them making the food which makes me curious because most McDs I can at least see the fry station and part of food prep. Not here. The were well staffed, it was NOT BUSY, and it took forever. Oh, and you have to order from a kiosk. Some nice elderly man was waiting at the counter and they left him standing there for 10 mins. I guess hoping he’d go away, before anyone came to even take his order. He ordered a sandwich and pie and the lady rudely stated “no pie”… I was sickened as to how they treated this man. Our food was overcooked and cold fries. Ok cooked but cold nuggets. And cold cheeseburgers. Nothing, I repeat, nothing was cooked proper or served properly. Disgusting. Stay away!

This mcdonald’s is absolutely terrible we came in to grab a bite to eat (out of town) and they forced us to use the kiosk which is confusing for the order that we were making and I asked if we could just order up front at the register and I get an employee yelling saying “USE THE KIOSK” pointing to it. So, we made the decision to leave and go elsewhere because honestly if their customer service is that bad, I would hate to see how bad the back of that kitchen looks. Very disappointed!

Get to the window to pick up the food she gives me the bag and (2) coke’s.
