Come in on a Sunday morning and it’s pretty dead no lines nobody in the dinning area. Me and my family stood there waiting to order. Several ppl saw us and an employee was sitting there eating and said nothing. Finally a guy shows up to take our order and is very rushed and somewhat rude. Also there was a mess on the floor right next to the employee was eating and nobody was cleaning it up.

Went to Whataburger to see what the hype was all about. We got the sweet and spicy bacon burger and the patty melt, and both were very good. Service took a while, but that was to be expected. We had very kind and helpful service from one young lady standing out in the drive thru. This place is pricey for what you get. One burger+ one patty melt +one drink +one fry = >$20

This was the first Whataburger I’ve eaten at. I’ve avoided this location until recently, due to the long lines in the opening weeks. Recently, I arrived at 4:20pm and was three cars back into the street. It took 45 minutes until I drove away with my order, so plan ahead or avoid if you see the line that long. They only have one drive thru lane right now, and the lobby is closed, so the only way to enjoy their food is to wait (or arrive when it’s not busy). Once I finally got to the speaker, everything went smoothly.

This place is disgusting. No part of this restaurant is clean. There was only one person up front trying to do everything from clean tables to take orders when there were plenty of staff in the back doing nothing.

Service was good vary home like environment but it felt like they didn’t clean much trash all the way up sticking out of the can bathroom was full of trash and bio matter and condmants left on the table they sent one of worker’s on a brake and it took 15 minutes to get my order when the restaurant was dead I love thir restaurants my wife has never been to one but I was impressed to bring her after this but the food was halfway good
