I ordered through the phone and i always try and give this store a chance because i always get this pizza the same exact way , i ask that my pizza doesn’t come half crust 1/4 of the pizza because i only get only the point of the bread with cheese and pepperonis and they always state “ill make sure it doesnt come out that way “ and my pizza continues to come out allmost full pizza of crust

Yeah, don’t come in a lunch rush or anything like that, holidays, etc, unless you are willing to spend an hour waiting in the lobby or you’re getting it delivered. Decided to come to this location because the others in the area were overflowing into the parking lots or simply not open, and this location looked almost empty. Very understaffed especially for lunch rush. It took a long while to get 4 classics out. Not judging the employees, but I honestly feel like they should have more people on prep. Pizzas are great tho so .

the service is trash and who ever that lady was with the attitude needs a humbling, she wasn’t trying to fix the issue other than blame another department. got a refund instead. i wasn’t even trying to be difficult just wanted to be informed.
