Stopped by Jarritos for some quick Mexican food. Pleasantly surprised with the food. I had the Grilled Shrimp tacos and my wife had Puerto Guadalajara sandwich. Both were very tasty. Highly recommended!

If I could leave no stars I definitely would. My food was nothing like it was described to me. When my plate came I couldn’t believe what I saw. I was told I would get a fried tortilla with a hard egg (I chose well done) with my choice of salsa (I chose mild) with rice n beans. It didn’t look or smell appetizing at all but I decided to give it a try anyway. I took one bite and felt as if I had just took a bite out of one of my dogs. It literally smelled like dog. Not one lick of flavor. Not to mention the service I waited forever for anyone to take my order, everyone seemed busy and rushed. I love Mexican food and this is by FAR the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m not sure who or why this place is getting such high ratings. I paid for my food out of the kindness of my heart but I swear I’ll NEVER make this mistake again. If you choose here be ready for disappointment.

Homemade tamales…..nuff said. Seriously the tamales were insanely good. I also had the pablano tacos, and the menudo. They hand make their tortillas daily…amazing. Also you can request various homemade sauces including a spicy red, and a hot and spicy green. This maybe my new go to. On another note the place was very clean and the staff are very friendly and conversational. The bathrooms are updated and thankfully clean. This place rocks if you are looking for authentic Mexican. Last note….they have 3 tacos on taco Tuesdays for $7.

One of the best tacos I’ve ever had. Amazing guacamole as well. The meal met and exceeded my standards for authentic Mexican food.

I had cheese dip and a chorizo burrito here. So delicious! I’ll be a repeat visitor. Fantastic service too! Our waiter (a big dude, didn’t remember his name) was awesome and very patient!

Great Authentic Mexican food! No TexMex here!! Good pricing, and the tacos are to die for. I definitely recommend the barbacoa and chicarron tacos! My wife was a huge fan of the tacos al pastor and loved her Mojito Superior.

Good food! Not the best Mexican I’ve ever had but different options than your basic taqueria which was really nice. Recommended!!

I went to this restaurant do to it being recommended by a couple of friends. I had heard how good their food was and how authentic it was. Being that I am Mexican I was so excited to try their food. I decided to order their Pozole. Upon getting my order the look of the Pozole was amazing, my instant thought was how good it was going to taste! I was wrong, the look of it was one thing but the taste was completely another…to say I was disappointed is an understatement. The Pozole had absolutely no taste at all, bland bland bland! In my opinion Mexican food should never taste bland. The Pozole didn’t even have a hint of garlic or salt. I literally had to add so much salt, lime, and as many condiments as I could, then topped it off with some salsa just to flavor it up. If I could give Los Jarrito’s a piece of advice, add some fresh garlic and Knorr Chicken Bullion to the Pozole it will make a huge difference and will add flavor to the soup.
