Just left 20 minutes ago, got back to my hotel room and the pizza is horrible ordered pepperoni and jalapeno and it looks like they took a cheese pizza that was already cooked and sprinkled pepperoni and jalapeno on top of it. It’s also not cooked all the way, the dough is soggy and stuck to the box. Worst pizza ever, DO NOT EAT HERE

Ordered online . Estimated time noted and headed there. No answer at drive thru speaker. Pulled to window. Female attendant said it’s not ready so pull around front . We pulled around front . 30 min later still no food. We went in to find food sitting there they were just too lazy to bring it out so we ate cold pizza after almost an hr wait . Will likely never be back despite my kids loving pizza from here .

I went into the store and ordered as soon as they opened. I ordered a large pepperoni and a large sausage pizza. I went back 10 minutes later which I was told how long it would take and they were ready. I got home open the boxes and neither was cooked completely. There were pieces of the sausage pizza that didn’t even have sausage on them. It disappointing

No one wears gloves while fixing the food I’ve seen workers handle money and fix food without gloves or washing hands they use utensils that flies been on flies be on open food product I’m not eating here anymore one worker came to work sick and coughing and still fix pizza without a mask or covering mouth

Most of the time I get my order with no problem. I have had to wait in the parking lot for long periods of time. Wish the prices hadn’t gone up so much. I understand the changes with Covid but pizza is literally one of the cheapest foods to make & profit from. Still appreciate the selection & the hot & ready pizzas. Have used for many birthdays over the years
